Policies

Inn Policies:

  • All room rates are based on 2 persons per room.
  • Check in 4-7 p.m. Eastern time. Arrivals after 7pm will be by self check-in with further instructions upon arrival at the Inn. Check out by 11 a.m.
  • Two night minimum stay requirement applies to all rooms all weekends year-round.
  • A Calming Getaway Retreat
  • All minimum stays must be in the same room.
  • The Inn and all guest rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking permitted outdoors only.
  • The Kingsley House is an adult-oriented bed and breakfast. Children over the age of 12 only please.
  • Please make prior arrangements for your pets as we cannot accommodate your pets at the inn.
  • A deposit equal to 50% of your stay/package (including tax) charged to your credit card is required to make a reservation. Full reservation amount is deposit for one-night stays.
  • Reservations cancelled for any reason less than 14 days but more than 72 hours prior to arrival are issued a credit for the deposit paid to date. The credit may be used for a future weekday stay within the following 60 days.
  • Reservations cancelled within the last 72 hours are charged for 100% of their stay/package. No shows are billed for 100% of their stay.
  • Remaining balance charged to card 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • All cancellations subject to a $15 processing fee, regardless of when the reservation is made
