Michigan Redbud trees are native beauties this time of year

For some time now we have been seeing native Michigan redbud trees in bloom and just recently our redbud that we planted at the bed and breakfast just went into full bloom stage.  Our little redbud at the Inn seems to be a little bit later than many of the others in the area as it is in a spot on the back side of the bed and breakfast and doesn’t get a full day of sunshine.  But when it does bloom it is always a treat as it brings lots of timely spring color to the landscape for sure.
