By far one of the most favorite restaurants in our area is the Everyday People Cafe in nearby downtown Douglas.  And another reason we really like Everyday People is that they are open literally everyday year-round.  In the surrounding Saugatuck and Lake Michigan area, quite a few of the local restaurants close during the slow season and/or have limited hours.  But Everyday People is a great gourmet restaurant that stays open year-round to cater to our bed and breakfast guests who come anytime of year.
